Ladies Signing In and Score Entry under Covid
SIGNING IN AND SCORE ENTRY UNDER COVID
1 - SIGNING IN - This must be done before you play
18 & 9 Hole qualifying competitions
- Via HowDidiDo -
- Sign in is available from the Friday before the competition date
- Once you sign in you cannot "unsign" but will need to email ladiescomps@btinternet.com if you wish to withdraw.
- Via email -
- Send email to ladiescomps@btinternet.com stating you wish to play in the competition.
Eclectics
- Via email to ladiescomps@btinternet.com for the first card of the eclectic.
- Please note that the first card must have a score recorded on each hole to count.
- Subsequent 18 hole qualifying competitions will automatically be included in the eclectic (up to the number allowed for each eclectic) unless you advise otherwise.
- If you are playing a card on a 9 hole qualifying competition you will need to also advise if you are playing an 18 hole eclectic.
- If you are playing an eclectic during a social game then you will need to email ladiescomps@btinternet.com before you play.
- Eclectics cannot be played in KO competitions .
Supplementary scores
- Via email to ladiescomps@btinternet.com
- Sign in may soon be available via HowDidiDo.
New Handicap cards
- These do not need to be pre advised.
2 - MARKING CARDS
- All cards must be marked by a member of the club with a current handicap.
- All players in a group must mark a fellow playing partners card as Marker
- After the game you should all agree your scores
- At no point should you touch any card apart from the card you marked
3 - SCORE ENTRY & REPORTING
18 & 9 Hole qualifying competitions
- You should enter your score via HowDidiDo if you signed in that way.
- Please note that for 9 hole stablefords your handicap will be automatically adjusted.
- Alternatively, your marker should report your score via email to ladiescomps@btinternet.com. The marker must send either a copy of the card or details of the hole by hole score.
- You may send in a card with all your groups scores on however, the person marking the Markers card must also send in the card to verify the markers score.
- Please ensure that you agree your score with your marker before scores are entered and cards are sent in.
