Join the Golf Club (with effect from 01/04/2024)

• Previous handicap history: i.e. have you been, or are you, a member at another club / have an iGolf handicap? If so, please state which Club or iGolf and your CDH number (if you know it), and whether you wish Poult Wood G.C. to be your “home club” for handicap purposes.

Once your email is received, the Club’s membership secretary will reply to your email asking you to transfer the pro-rata membership fee to the Club’s membership account.

The membership fee will include affiliation fees to England Golf Union and Kent Golf Limited  (this includes insurance cover while playing or practising golf at any golf club or recognised practice facility in the UK, Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man), together with the pro-rata fee for the Club’s membership which runs on an annual basis from 1 April to 31 March annually. 

The current combined affiliation fees are £23.50 plus (pro-rata) the Club’s annual membership subscription of £40.00 for Adult members.  Junior members (under 18 years of age as at 1 April 2024) will only be eligible to pay the £23.50 affiliation fees.

Once funds have been transferred to the Club’s membership account, the Membership Secretary will process your application and register your membership on ClubV1 and England Golf (and allocate a CDH number if required).  You will receive a welcome email with further useful information regarding the club’s competitions and local rules.

The Club’s Privacy Notice is published on the Club’s Noticeboard and available on request.

In applying for membership, you agree that your contact details may be shared, where necessary, between England Golf Union, Kent Golf Limited, TM Active and Poult Wood Golf Club in relation to their mutual activity as a Golf Course and Club.

As long as you are a new or established PWGC member and have paid your annual  fee then please complete the form below. Please then await for a return email asking you to set up your personal log-in & password details. Once you have these then please use them whenever you next access the site.
