I hope you are already aware we are launching a membership offer at Poult Wood to sit alongside existing pay and play charges. Adult membership will initially be in two categories only – 5 or 7 day and will entitle you to unlimited access to the 9 and 18 hole golf courses at Poult Wood subject to booking.
This is a major new venture and I recognise the Club and its members to be a key stakeholder in the future success of Poult Wood. It is for this reason that I am keen to cement the relationship with existing members and make a Founder Membership Offer.
Founder Membership is an exclusive offer to existing Club Members and discounts the introductory price even further.
We expect to open a pre-sales information desk at Poult Wood on 13 March 2014 and on presentation of this letter along with validation by the Club of your membership the following prices will apply;
5 Day Membership
Annual Payment £480 Monthly Direct Debit Payment £40 pcm
7 Day Membership
Annual Payment £720 Monthly Direct Debit Payment £60 pcm
To take advantage of this offer you must complete a membership application by 31 March 2014 when this offer will be withdrawn.

It is our intention that Founder Members will always enjoy a discount against new joiners and
we aim to create other special offers that apply only to Founder Members. Our first offer, upon
joining will be a complimentary 2 ball, 18 Hole voucher for you to invite two guests of your
