Sydney Simmons Shotgun Start 6th July 24

On a very wet day in July 70 players turned up ready for a very wet days golfing. However it was a very enjoyable game followed by a very welcome meal of hotdogs or burgers served up by Azra.
The results were:
1st Steve Worsfold, Simon Cluskey, John Regan and Lynne Franklin with 54pts
2nd Jeff Nicholls, Marion West, Steve Fenn and Bill Hobba with 53 pts
3rd Jo Winkler, Stuart.Taylor, Martin Larkin and Peter Hole with 52 pts
4th Ron Weeks, Keith Brown, Nikki James and Tony Hermitage with 52 pts
5th Tim Harrington, Andrew Collins, John Taylor and Barbara Thirkell with 51 pts
6th Peter Aldridge, Jim Worsfold, Mervyn Haynes and Tineke Regan with 50 pts

A big thank you to everyone who turned up in the bad weather and to those who organised it, also a big thank you to Heather for monitoring all the handicaps and scores.
