Ladies Autumn Meeting 2022

The Ladies held their Autumn Meeting on 12th October 2022
30 Ladies took part in this event and the weather was good.
The winners were:
Clare Waite won the Eastwood Plate with Best Gross score of 90 and 3rd Best Nett with 74
Maureen Charles won Best Nett with 70 and also Best Nett for over 29 Handicaps
Loraine Kyd won 2nd Best Nett with 72
Best Front 9 won by Mo Brook with 35 and Best Back 9 won by Marion West with 34
Nearest the Pin Julie Buchanan, Longest Drive under 29 HI Lucy Langridge and Longest Drive over 29 HI Carol Emery
Medal and Stableford prizes which had been held since the Lady Captains Day were handed out to the winners.
The whole day was very well organised by Gill Miller and Jo Winkler supported by the Ladies Committee.

Azra provided a really tasty meal of either Boeuf Bourguignon or Fish pie and both were delicious followed by fruit crumble which was just like your Mum used to make absolutely fabulous ! So a big thank you to them.
