Ladies Charity Day 25th September 2019

On a very rainy day first thing but braving the elements we started off at 9am, within half an hour the weather changed and it turned out to be a very hot and sunny morning. Lots of fun and a big thank you to David Copsey for his drives on the 6th and Nick Terry for the 14th. Don as always was very helpful in sorting out various difficulties and of course to Azra for the splendid food they provided to all our hungry golfers. We raised £327 for Space2be Me, Sue Jelley's Charity this year as Lady Captain. Thank you to all those who took part and who donated raffle prizes to help us raise money for our charity.
The Winners were:
1st - Alison Wickham with 38 and Roger Jones with 42
2nd - Patricial Sewell with 36 and Richard Thomson with 39
3rd - Sue Jelley with 34 (on countback from Wendy Mulley) and Robin Jelley with 39

Longest Drives on 11th - Heather Day and Hedley Pickering
