The Ladies Charity Texas Scramble Shotgun start 9.30am on 24th Jan 24

The list of your tee and your partners are under the Members Area - Bulletin Board here on Clubbuzz. Two lists are shown one is carry only and one is for trolley allowed.
As a reminder, this competition will be a shot gun start at 9.30am on January 24th so please arrive around 9am or earlier to pay your £5 entry fee, £5 for free shots (of the golf variety!) and buy raffle tickets, before walking out to your starting hole.
If the course is open but CARRY ONLY on the day those people who said they could not carry will withdraw and some teams will be 3 players. All those who said they couldn’t carry should be the 4th person in their group, if anyone needs to add themselves to the list or they are now happy to carry please let me know as soon as possible by emailing josportsmad@aol.com. If you signed up but are now unable to play could you also let me know.
Please note that cancellations within 48 hours of the event will still be required to pay the entry fee as the food and prize costs are by then committed.
Please remember to enter your score, via the PSI terminal or HDID, when you arrive back and bring your card to the bar. If we need to see your card we will ask you for it.
Sandwiches and chips will be served in the bar when everyone is in.
Please bring any raffle prize donations on the day or give them to one of the ladies to put in the ladies locker. You are usually so generous in offering prizes, we really appreciate it.
